Knowledge Base Instrument Control I have upgraded to Mac OS 10.5.x (Leopard) and now I can't compile toolsheets that use the SCSI to connect to my instruments. Why can't I use the new operating system?

I have upgraded to Mac OS 10.5.x (Leopard) and now I can't compile toolsheets that use the SCSI to connect to my instruments. Why can't I use the new operating system?

Leopard does not come with support for the Adaptec line of SCSI host adapters.  Adaptec no longer provides these drivers.  Sparrow technical support has tested the ATTO host adapters and they seem to have support built into Leopard.  Exchange your SCSI card for one that has Mac OS Leopard support.
