The fastest and most convenient way to contact our technical support department is to fill out the support request form on this page and submit it via the internet. However, we know that there are some times that it is preferable to FAX your question or to speak to someone in person. Please refer to the numbers listed below the form for these situations.

System Information:

If you can run the Kmax application, copy the "System Info" report and
paste into the text box below. The report is available under the "System
Info" tab in the "About Kmax" dialog. If Kmax will not run at all,
please describe your host workstation, its operating system, and give
your Kmax version number.

Include the manufacturer, model and serial numbers for the interfaces,
instrumentation modules, and other hardware used.


Problem Description

Include a description of problems, anomalous behaviors , error codes, etc.
