SPARROW offers attractive discounts on multiple purchases of Kmax 11 for users who need to run several copies of the program. However, customers who intend to use 10 or more copies may find a Kmax 11 Site License more convenient.
The site license annual subscription provides the most cost-effective and reliable means of insuring that users are running the most current version of the program and have access to the complete set of available Kmax11 extensions.
Sparrow provides the site license administrator a full library of Kmax 11 toolsheets, module description resources, extensions, examples and external components. The library is updated on a regular schedule to insure the site has access to the most recent product updates. Under the subscription agreement, Kmax11 application updates are automatically provided to the license administrator at no charge. It is the administrators responsibility to distribute the update to authorized end users.
Sparrow provides a VIP technical hotline to provide support for the site administrator. Authorized end users may request support from the site administrator or email their questions directly to Sparrow.
