ORTEC
556 High Voltage
Supply -- $725
The ORTEC Models 556 High-Voltage Power Supplies
provides the noise-free, well-regulated, very stable high voltage
necessary for proper operation of photomultipliers, ionization
chambers, semiconductor detectors, electron multipliers, and many other
devices. The Model 556 is housed in a double-width NIM module
(per DOE/ER-0457T). The low-noise output is continuously
adjustable from ±10 to ±3000 V dc with 0 to 10 mA load current. Noise
on the output is <10 mV peak-to-peak, thereby ensuring the highest
performance in high-resolution, semiconductor or scintillation
spectroscopy systems.
The front-panel digital meter allows visual monitoring of either the
output voltage or the output current.
The output voltage can be controlled from ±10 to
±3000 V by application of an external input voltage of 0 to ±6.9 V dc.
This feature is desirable for control applications and is standard on
all units.
The input power for Model 556 is taken directly
from the ac line, either 115 or 230 V ac, 47 to 63 Hz.
Overload and short-circuit protection networks
permit operation into short circuits without damage to the instrument.

ORTEC 459 High Voltage
Supply -- $450
The Ortec model 459, 0-5kV High Voltage Power
(bias) Supply is a single-width NIM BIN Module. The module has an
internal polarity switch (negative-to-positive). This module
requires a
NIM BIN with +24 VDC (30 mA), -24 VDC (24 mA), and +12 VDC (12
mA).
This Ortec High Voltage Power Supply is in perfect condition.

Kinetics Systems 3922 Parallel Bus -
CAMAC Crate Controller-- $295
The Model 3922 is a double-width CAMAC crate controller that connects
to the associated computer interface card via a parallel bus. When used
with the Model 2926, 2927, or 2928 interface card, the combination
forms a computer-based CAMAC system with an IBM PC/AT reg. or PS/2® or
compatible processor as the host. The Model 2922 interface card can
also be used with the 3922 to form a DIGITAL Q-bus-based CAMAC system.
A Macintosh II host isinterfaced using the Model 2932, any VME-based
computer is interfaced usingthe Model 2917, and PCIbus systems can
utilize the 2915 PCI adapter.

Systems 3929 SCSI
Bus - CAMAC Crate Controller-- $295
The Model 3929 is a double-width CAMAC crate controller
which communicates with a host computer via the Small Computer Systems
Interface (SCSI) bus and complies with ANSI Specification X3.131-1986.
This SCSI specification defines a standard approach for interfacing
disk drives, printers, and other devices to one or more host computers.
The SCSI bus is becoming one of the more popular peripheral channels
for personal computers and workstations.

The Model 2117is a CAMAC
module which provides parallel bus access to a CAMAC mainframe.
Specifications
KSC 3514 VCC Parallel Bus - CAMAC Crate Controller-- $295
The 3514 is a single-width CAMAC module for converting 16 analog
voltages into equivalent digital values which can be read via the
Dataway. The inputs are continuously scanned and converted, and the
results stored in the module’s memory.

The MacVEE VME Controller is a replacement
controller for MacVEE - based, VME systems.
Specifications
LeCroy 1190 VME Module -- $495
The 1190 Dual Port Memory is a VME memory module (6U)
available with 128 kB (32K words) of data storage. The memory can be
loaded via the VME backplane with either D16 or D32 commands or via the
32-bit front panel port (FPP). The memory has an address counter and is
optimized for high speed block transfers with the D32 command. Address
pipelining is not supported.
Since there is only one address counter, the two ports cannot be used
simultaneously. The active port is enabled by a mode bit. For
diagnostic purposes, the VME port can be permanently enabled via an
internal jumper.
The front panel port accepts 32-bit data with a strobe (STRobe). The
input signals are complementary ECL. This input format is compatible
with the LeCroy ECLine standard input. Data rates of up to 64 MB/sec
can be attained.
The main purpose of 1190 memory is to provide a data sink for the
LeCroy ECLbus, such as the FERA ADC System, the PCOS III Multiwire
Proportional System, and FASTBUS via the 1821 Master (see separate data
sheets for more details). As such, it acts as a uni-directional buffer
between various standards such as CAMAC (IEEE-583) and FASTBUS
(IEEE-960-1986).
